Shipping & Return Policy

Your orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days. You can return the products you ordered within 14 working days from the date of delivery to you or the person / organization at the address you indicate, provided that they have not been used. In order for your returns to be initiated, you must inform hello@mindrecandleco.com with the reason for the return. After informing about your return request via e-mail, you can send the product (s) unused and with undamaged packaging, unopened gelatin with the contracted cargo company (Yurtiçi Kargo) with counter payment. Costs of cargo sent through a different cargo company are reflected.

As our candle vessels are unique hand-made products, it is possible for these to differ by size and angles. Return of the products with that reason is not possible.
